Four people charged with the murder of a Victorian father whose body was found in a shallow grave are due to front court on Monday.
Brendan McDowall, Shane Heiberg, Natalie Dalton and Olivia McOrmond have been charged with the murder of 39-year-old Jade Goodwin last October at Hastings.
They are due to face a three-day committal hearing in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday to determine if they stand trial for murder and false imprisonment.
McDowall, Heiberg and Dalton were due to face a committal hearing in June this year, but the date was vacated until September.
Mr Goodwin’s body was found at Tyabb on the Mornington Peninsula on October 22.
It is alleged he was killed between October 14 and 15 at nearby Hastings.
Several scientists, including biologists and a fingerprint expert, are expected to give evidence during the hearing.
