A man diagnosed with measles has been linked to Melbourne’s Box Hill Hospital with health authorities warning visitors to watch for symptoms of the contagious disease.

The man in his 20s developed symptoms last week and Victoria’s health department issued the warning on Monday.

People who were at the hospital’s Zouki Cafeteria between Thursday and Saturday and the hospital itself on Saturday are advised to be alert to symptoms including runny nose, red eyes and a cough, followed by a fever and rash.
