Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are asking $17.5 million for their New York City penthouse, less than a year after buying it, Page Six reported Thursday.
The 4,000 sq. foot penthouse is located at 432 Park Avenue, which is the tallest residential building in the world.
Lopez and Rodriguez last year plunked down $15.3 million on the three bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Gotham penthouse.
The power couple, who were first romantically linked in March of 2017, ‘love the building, but when their kids are all together, it’s too small,’ a source told the outlet of the reason behind the sale. ‘They need something bigger for the family.’
The 49-year-old actress-singer is mom to twins Max and Emme, 10, with ex Marc Anthony, while the 43-year-old baseball alum is father to two daughters Ella, 14, and Natasha, 10, with ex Cynthia Scurtis.
‘For the size of their family,’ the source said, the former New York Yankees and On The Floor songstress, ‘need something much larger.
‘They love the services, the amenities – they use the gym, they use the boardroom for meetings.’
The property offers sweeping views of Central Park and the New York City skyline.

Last October, J.Lo put her previous New York penthouse apartment, on 26th Street, on the market for $27 million.
‘An engagement is definitely on the horizon,’ a friends of the couple told Us Weekly last month, ‘Alex is obsessed with Jen and spends as much time as he can with her.
