OCEAN Beach Ibiza is one of the most successful venues on the White Isle.

Despite the party-island being jam-packed with bars, clubs and costal resorts, the beach club has turned itself into a hot-bed off the rich and famous.

Located on the west side of the island in San Antonio, it’s almost impossible to visit Ocean Beach Ibiza without seeing someone in the public eye.

Everyone from X Factor legends Niall Horan and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, to online sensation Dan Bilzerian and Hollyoaks duo Nadine Mulkerrin and Rory Douglas Speed have been spotted partying up a storm at the sun-kissed venue.

In fact, chart-topper Olly Murs was even snapped enjoying a messy stag do at the venue earlier this summer.

But while there’s is no denying Ocean Beach Ibiza is a mecca for CIROC vodka and Veuve Clicquot champagne, the venue also boasts a world class restaurant.

Offering mouthwatering steak, intricately prepared Japanese sushi platters and healthy salads, the restaurant is one of the island’s best kept secrets… until now.

Speaking to Daily Star Online about their show-stopping menu, Ocean Beach Ibiza’s Head Chef Luciano Scardaccione said: “I pay unparalleled detail to everything we serve.

“I think the hardest on the menu [to create]is actually the dessert sampler platter because it’s a combination of ingredients and colours that need to be carefully positioned.

“This dish usually takes 6 min but we work under pressure very well and with the great support of my team it’s reduced to 2 min.”

Unsurprisingly, the most popular dish is Ocean Beach Ibiza’s homemade burger closely followed by a healthy Bulgur Wheat and Lentils Salad

While all guests at the venue receive the VIP treatment, well known stars are made to feel like royalty at Ocean Beach, with Luciano admitting even world class chef’s opt to dine at the venue.

Keen to keep the party-goer’s identity a secret, Luciano explained: “We had a very special guest this year- a chef who owns a very important restaurant.

“As I’m Argentinean of course I had to serve him some of our incredible steak options including Nebraska Sirloin, Black Angus and the Black Angus entraña which are all mouth-wateringly good and combining them with the Nebraska black pepper sauce.

“We sauce all our meats directly from our local butcher creates a taste sensation.”

If you don’t have time – or the budget – to return to Ocean Beach Ibiza daily to sample their menu, then fear not, Luciano has let slip his ‘must try’ dishes.

He gushed: “I would recommend me the Argentine Black Angus Fillet Steak which always ticks all the boxes: succulent and deliciously accompanied with sautéed onions, asparagus and the secret touch of port wine reduction sauce.

“A Japanese sharing platter is another good option, inspired by a true passion for Japanese cuisine and the desire to create unforgettable gastronomic experiences, Ocean Beach Ibiza has it all.”
