* Pearce (3.6)

Attorney-General Christian Porter has held the outer-metro seat since 2013 and is considered a potential future Liberal leader. He believes GetUp and unions have spent money trying to unseat him. YouGov Galaxy polling shows Mr Porter is narrowly ahead of Labor candidate Kim Travers with a two-party preferred vote of 51-49.

* Hasluck (2.1)

Aged care minister Ken Wyatt has held the outer-metro seat since 2010 and was the first Aboriginal member of the House of Representatives. The Liberals clearly fear losing the seat, sending in former prime minister John Howard during the campaign in a bid to boost Mr Wyatt’s profile. YouGov Galaxy polling shows Mr Wyatt is neck-in-neck with Labor candidate James Martin.

* Swan (3.6)

Former Labor leader Kim Beazley’s daughter Hannah seeks to oust Liberal Steve Irons, who has clung on to the inner-metro seat since 2007. If the mother-of-two wins, she will be the third generation of Beazley to represent WA in Canberra. YouGov Galaxy polling indicates the pair are neck-and-neck.
