Meghan Markle is being blamed for Prince Harry and Kate Middleton’s alleged rift despite previously being so close to each other.
Alahna Kindred, a journalist for Express, noted the fact that Prince Harry was once very close to Middleton before he started dating Markle.
“She and Harry have always had a very close relationship, but she said things were different. Meghan’s a strong character and so is Kate, so it doesn’t surprise me that there have been clashes,” a source told Daily Mail.
Charlotte Ikonen, a journalist for Daily Star, also claimed that the Kensington Palace staff has started their hunt for the mole who continues to leak unfavorable reports about the royals. Last week, it was reported that Markle made Middleton cry. The Duchess of Sussex has also been accused of giving palace staff outrageous demands ever since she wed Prince Harry.
And while planning her wedding to the Duke of Sussex, Markle reportedly turned into a bridezilla and made everyone’s life even more difficult.
As of late, the negative criticisms against Markle have not been addressed by the royal family’s spokesperson or by Prince Harry and Markle herself. Their decision to stay silent is actually part of a protocol wherein the palace cannot comment directly on personal issues.
PR expert Nick Ed said that there is no truth to Markle and Middleton’s feud and said that it is perfectly normal for the palace to stay silent.
“The palace doesn’t need to respond to any type of rumor like this – the relationships between the families, is, of course, fine,” he said.
In related news, Vanity Fair reported that Markle is completely aware of all the negative stories being published about her but has no plans to comment on them at all.
“Meghan is a believer in karma and she doesn’t want to sit there reading negative online stories and comments about herself… She feels to a degree the British press is out to get her and while she’s aware of the news and what’s going on, she tries her best not to read all the stories about her,” the publication claimed.
