made its debut a couple of weeks ago and while the reviews have been mixed, there is another controversy that is brewing with folks that purchased the that costs a pretty penny at $200. While the original description promised a canvas bag, many that are receiving the product are crying foul, as the included bag is instead made from a cheaper nylon material. In an attempt to salvage the situation, Bethesda has offered a solution, one that will most likely have many vexed.

We understand and respect that there is disappointment with the bag in the Power Armor Edition. We are sorry. Please contact Bethesda Support to provide proof of your CE purchase. They will assist in granting your account 500 Atoms.

The developer took to its Twitter last night to state that it understands that there is disappointment with the bag and that it will be issuing 500 in-game Atoms to those that contact support and provide proof of purchase. For those that haven’t played the game, 500 Atoms is the equivalent of $4.99. This is probably not what many were hoping for when thinking about a solution.

Hopefully, going forward, those purchasing the won’t be deceived since Bethesda has now pulled the canvas description from its website (but not the image) and have instead replaced it with “bag is not correct representation of product “.
