Bethesda can’t seem to catch a break these days, and the latest calamity falling on the company is much bigger than . An issue with the official Bethesda Support portal yesterday had leaked private customer information by letting everyone who logged into the site freely see other people’s support tickets.

The data on display had customers’ names, usernames, contact information, and even proof of purchase information that Bethesda itself asked for recently from the $200 owners to claim their missing canvas bag. It seems like the canvas bag will be the least of their concerns now.

Bethesda issued a response to the situation earlier today after the support site was taken down and brought back up with a fix. The company confirmed the leak and apologized, while saying that only a limited number of customers were affected by the issue.

While investigations are still ongoing, it added that this did not expose “full credit card numbers or passwords” of any customers. Bethesda plans to notify those who were affected as well.
