MANCHESTER UNITED fans have been left drooling by target Kalidou Koulibaly’s sensational training ground goal.
The Senegal centre-back has developed into one of the best defenders in Serie A after moving to Napoli in 2014.
His impressive performances quickly saw him linked to United in the summer – as Jose Mourinho hunted for a centre-back.
The move never materialised, but the 27-year-old is continuing to show he can offer something more than just defending.
Footage taken from the Italian side’s training ground shows him running up to take a shot.
He then smashes the ball with his left foot into the top-right of the net – leaving the goalkeeper with no chance.
More than 370,000 people have seen the video since it was posted to Twitter earlier this week.
“Koulibaly is outrageous,” one viewer wrote.
Another commented: “Koulibaly is a Man Utd player.
“Don’t know why United aren’t paying over the odds for him.
“Tall, fast, solid, tricky and technically good.”
And a third added: “Please sign him Mourinho.”
While fans will hope the Napoli man moves to England in January, United chief wig Ed Woodward will have to cough up a whopping £80m for the in-demand defender.
