ARMED police entered Sony’s HQ today after two people were stabbed in a “violent altercation”.
Video footage shows armed police running down Kensington High Street in a bid to respond to an attack on Derry Street, Kensington.
Two members of the catering staff were “involved in a violent altercation” leading to the stabbing, a Sony spokesperson confirmed.
The incident unfolded inside Sony HQ, where Simon Cowell’s company SyCo Entertainment has offices.
Panicked workers were evacuated at around 11am this morning.
“Officers, including firearms officers, and London Ambulance Service are in attendance.”

Two people suffered stab wounds and were been rushed to hospital. Their condition is as yet unknown.
Police confirmed one person was arrested.
A statement from the force read: “Police were called at approximately 1100hrs on Friday, 2 November to reports of an incident on Derry Street, W8.
“Officers, including firearms officers, and London Ambulance Service are in attendance.
“Evacuations have taken place as a precaution.
“Two people have suffered stab injuries – we await an update on their condition.
“One person has been arrested.
“No evidence of any firearms involved in this incident. It is not being treated as terror related.
“Officers remain on scene and the incident remains ongoing.”
One witness described the scenes as “like a war zone”.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11:01 today to Derry Street, W8, to reports of an incident.
“We sent an incident response officer, two single responders in cars and two ambulance crews to the scene.
“We treated two people at the scene. We took one to hospital and one to a major trauma centre.”
