Argos slashes the prices of hundreds of toys by up to 75%


ARGOS has slashed the prices of hundreds of toys by up to 75 per cent in a clearance sale.

With the prices starting from just £1.75, it could come in handy if you’re looking for new ways to entertain the kids.

The items have been reduced to clear stock, so it’s best to be quick if you don’t want to miss out.

In fact, several items have already sold out but below we’ve picked our favourite bargains still in stock.

If you order online for home delivery, keep in mind that you’ll have to pay £3.95 for the trouble while the click and collect service is free.

Here are our top picks from the Argos sale, which was spotted by Facebook page Bag a Weekly Bargain. You can find the full range on its website.

If your kids are fans of LOL Surprise, they might like this Fuzzy Pets toy.

The shampoo bottle becomes a bath so you can wash the pet to reveal the animal underneath.

The same toy is up for grabs for £4.99 on eBay, so you’re better off by buying it at Argos.

This adorable mini cycle cart includes a pink bike with functioning wheels, and measures 32cm x 20cm x 51cm.

It also comes with a tray to hold treats, mini plastic ice creams, lollies, sweets as well as a parasol.

The cycle cart is only available to buy at Argos and eBay, where it sets you back a pricier for £48.

Any little racers at home might like this graffiti buggy designed with striking red colours.

The radio controlled car comes with thick and chunky wheels with full treads, and is said to have a good grip for zooming around at high speeds.

Argos is offering the cheapest price we could find, with selling another radio controlled car for £19.99, down from £49.99.

The raceway set allows the kids to race side-by-side and comes with a “gear lift” that carries two cars at a time to the top.

It measures 40cm x 35cm x 35cm and is suitable for kids above five years old.

Smyths Toys is selling a slightly different Hot Wheels raceway for £24.99, saving you just 1p compared to Argos.

Last but not least, Argos has also reduced this Lego set by 50 per cent to £6.50.

The bedroom set comes with two figures, a guitar, alarm clock, teddy bear, two beds with blankets, plus a slide at a side of the buildable bunk bed.

John Lewis is also selling the same Lego set for the same £6.50 price tag.

Argos recently also launched a HUGE online sale with discounts of up to 63 per cent.

While Next launched a 50 per cent off sale last week.

In other shopping news, retailers including Debenhams and Zara recently also slashed prices by up to 70 per cent as they reopened stores with mega sales.
