Danny Dyer spotted at EastEnders set for the first time since news he’s becoming a grandfather

DANNY Dyer has been spotted on the set of EastEnders for the first time since the news broke that he will become a grandfather.

The BBC serial drama is currently not showing any episodes and they have now resumed filming new ones which are set to air from September.

Danny, 43, is pictured having his temperature checked as he arrived at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood.

The Mick Carter star looked preoccupied as he’s spotted for the first time since it was revealed that daughter Dani Dyer is pregnant with her first child.

He wore a black t-shirt and sported a pair of sunglasses as he arrived for another day of filming on Albert Square.

His Enders character is preparing for life after the Vic, as we last saw him sell the famous pub to Sharon Mitchell under the nose of a furious Phil Mitchell.

Danny has yet to comment on his daughter’s exciting news.

He also became a parent at a young age, after he became a father to Dani at the age of 19.

Former Love Island winner Dani took to Instagram to reveal the news alongside boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.

She wrote: “Little bubba can’t believe you are going to be ours.

“Me and Sammy are so excited to start this next chapter in our lives, feel so lucky and grateful..2021.”

Sammy could be seen planting a kiss on Dani’s cheek as she smiled while holding their baby scan.

The pair were spotted for the first time yesterday evening after making her shock baby announcement.

The Love Island star, 24, stood outside her home in a face mask as she entered her home with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.

Both Dani and Sammy wore masks as they entered their home, with the reality star wearing a flowing sky blue dress.

Her boyfriend kept it cool with black jeans and a white T-shirt, accessorised with a silver watch.

Pals expected the couple to get married this year, telling us their families are desperate for it to happen.

A source previously said: “Everyone is expecting Dani and Sammy to tie the knot this year and her friends and family say it’s only a matter of time – their families are really excited for it to happen and and it’s probably going to happen even sooner now.

“They love Sammy and think they are a great match and really want it to happen as soon as possible.”
