EASTENDERS star Jake Wood has revealed his hunky physique while on a run in London.
The 47-year-old said he has been using exercise to stay strong physically and mentally in lockdown.
Fans are used to seeing him strip off to reveal his progress after long and sweaty workouts.
But these latest snaps show Jake looking focussed as he ran through the streets of North London in his gym gear.
Jake had a cap on and a jacket tied around his waist in case he got caught in the rain.
He had his headphones plugged in so he could zone out during the workout.
Talking about keeping in shape in lockdown, Jake told his Instagram followers: “I think it’s safe to say that exercise is getting me through this.
“Stay positive and I look forward to seeing you all on the other side.”
Sharing videos of his runs for fans, Jake blew a kiss to the camera as he went for a morning run through a beautiful wood.
The dad-of-two also keeps his impressive figure in shape thanks to regular boxing training, which he has been doing since he was a youngster.
As well as keeping fit while EastEnders was off air, Jake has been focusing on his podcast Pound for Pound where he interviews famous faces with co-host Spencer Oliver about boxing.
He has played lothario Max Branning in BBC soap EastEnders since 2006.
