The mum-of-one held her dog’s lead tightly as she went for a walk along Chelsea’s Kings Road.
The couple popped into a less glamorous hardware store, but remained all smiles as she held her dog as they went shopping.
The star was spotted recently on her birthday with her long-time partner Lee Anderson enjoying a bit of lunch.
The age-defying star rose to fame at the age of 18 in 1986 as a topless Page 3 girl in The Sun newspaper.
Named Page 3 Girl Of The Year three times in 1986, 1990 and 1994, the popular model she also appeared in lads’ mags Maxim, Loaded and FHM.
The brunette is now a proud mum to daughter Lola, 8.
She said previously when asked if she would be angry if her daughter got into glamour modelling: “No, not angry at all but I’d be incredibly worried.
“It’s not the same industry it was when I was a model.”
Page 3 was put to bed in 2015, but Channel 4 marked 50 years since its launch in a recent documentary starring Rhian Sugden.
The one-off programme, Page Three, features various glamour girls who made their name in the paper.
