HIS career is clearly going from strength to strength – and Jack Whitehall spared no expense for a birthday bash this week.
The comedian, who turned 32 on Tuesday, whisked his closest friends off for a lavish three-night stay at a Grade II-listed manor house, costing a huge £10,000.
As well as putting them up at the 14-bedroom Sibton Park in Suffolk, he also booked a chef, DJ and activities including axe-throwing.
He was joined by his girlfriend, model Roxy Horner, as well as some of her model friends, actress Bel Powley and several other mates.
But Jack still found time to sneak away with Roxy and go to a local pub, as these photos show.
A source close to the TV star said: “It’s been a strange few months so although it wasn’t a big birthday for him, he wanted to do something special and took all of his closest friends away for a few days.
“It’s not usually possible because of everyone’s busy schedules, but with a lot of work on hold, he didn’t mind pulling out all of the stops to make it happen — even if it did cost a fortune.
“They had a full party with a DJ one night, a dinner party on another and a Pimm’s-themed lunch one afternoon.
“There were rowing boats, pool tables and loads more.
“The drinks were flowing all week and they had a blast.”
Another source said that no government guidelines had been breached because everyone there was in his bubble.
The 19th-century property, which the guests checked out of on Friday morning, features a games room, gym, wine cellar and home cinema.
Jack, the star of Bad Education and A League Of Their Own, has been dating Roxy since the beginning of the year, after her two-year relationship with singer-songwriter Jake Bugg came to an end.
Their relationship must be strong as they are yet to grow sick of each other — despite four months living together in lockdown.
Forget his birthday, that alone is worth celebrating.
DREAMS really do come true for Ella Eyre – who got together with her boyfriend after the idea came to her while sleeping.
The Just Got Paid singer, who has never revealed his name, has now written a song about the experience, called . . . Dreams.
She said: “I had a dream about my boyfriend, who I’m with now, and who I’ve known for a really long time.
“We’ve been friends for a while but I just never, ever thought of him in that way.
“He’s an attractive guy but it’s never been like that.
“Then I had this random dream – we saw each other for the first time in years and all of a sudden there was a sort of twinge in my brain.
“I was like, ‘I’ve never seen you in that way before but actually you’re really fit and we get on really well’. Well, the rest is history – my dream came true.”
TOM Cruise’s ex Katie Holmes, who divorced him in 2012, has followed actor Thandie Newton on Instagram just days after the British star said she had been “so scared” of working with the “dominant” actor on Mission: Impossible 2 in 2000.
REBEL Wilson has told how she had to improvise to get fit after gyms in Australia were closed down.
The Pitch Perfect actress, who flew back from Los Angeles before lockdown, has been racing up and down the steps in front of the Sydney Opera House to shed pounds.
She said: “Obviously a lot of the TV shows and movies got shut down, so what I was going to do has been delayed so I’m just getting ripped.
“I’m exercising every day. You’ve gotta get on the bandwagon of getting ripped.
“I was actually doing all this outdoor stuff like running up and down the Sydney Opera House stairs.
“And then just in the dirt doing my sit-ups and push-ups.”
She usually lives in LA but decided to make the last-minute trip back home after “seeing into the future”.
Speaking on Aussie radio, she added: “I’m a little bit psychic at times and I just sensed the world was going to go crazy and thought it was probably good to get out of America.
“I’m like, you know what, there’s a lot of guns there, so I’ll just get out.”
EMINEM has slammed people for not wearing masks in new song The Adventures of Moon Man & Slim Shady.
He raps: “Half are just p***ed off and don’t wanna wear a mask. And they’re just scoffin’, that’s how you end catchin’ the sick off ’em.”
KANYE West can’t count on Katy Perry’s vote in the US election.
The singer posed in this kooky outfit to promote her new single Smile, but she clearly wasn’t smiling when she heard about Kanye’s plans to run for president.
Katy, who collaborated with the rapper on her 2010 song E.T., said: “What we’ve learned looking back is that the presidential job is best suited for someone with experience and that is a pro in their field.
“I think we have seen and learned from experience that when we don’t have pros in position, that it can get a little wild.
“I love Kanye, he is amazing. I just, you know, I love him as an artist. And I think he’s an incredible disruptor as an artist and a conversation-maker as an artist. And that’s what I love the most about him.”
The US star will release her fifth album, also called Smile, next month – when she is also due to give birth.
Katy told Hits Radio: “I am waddling like a duck. I’m breathing heavily.
“I’m a full-on mouth-breather. And yeah, it’s loud and obnoxious and, oh my god, I just eat so much flavoured ice. It’s like, put all the ice in my mouth, right now.”
ZARA Larsson says tunes featuring Ariana Grande and Ed Sheeran may never see the light of day after she decided against having collaborations on her second album.
The Swedish singer is gearing up to release her as-yet-untitled record later this year, but said one track that featured Ariana on backing vocals was unlikely to be included.
In an exclusive chat, Zara said of the song that was recorded last year: “I don’t know if I’ll put it on the album, it’s not on there right now.
“Also, sorry to say to Ariana fans, you can’t really hear her on there anyway because we did a gang vocal thing, so there’s like ten people singing at the same time. But she’s so sweet.
“It’s a really good song. It’s about not feeling your best, being anxious and wishing you were someone else sometimes.
“Everyone is in that situation sometimes.
“I’ve tried out a few different features but I’m not sure if I want features on my album.
“I still really like the artists so I’ll save them and maybe they’ll come out in the future.”
Asked if she had unreleased tracks with Ed, who she toured with last year, Zara added: “There are definitely songs, there’s so many the universe will probably never be able to hear.
“We worked together for the album but I’ve been working on this album for three years.
“I feel like the majority of the songs are basically from the last two weeks of the writing for it.”
Zara returned on Friday with her record’s brilliant lead single Love Me Land, which was written in March, just before she flew back to Sweden to avoid lockdown in the US.
She said: “I remember leaving the studio and feeling so happy about it.”
