Joe Giudice of the Real Housewives of New Jersey is fighting to bring his children back to the United States three years after being deported and serving time in prison.

Joe Giudice, a former member of the REAL Housewives of New Jersey, is fighting to bring his four daughters back to America.

Following his release from prison in October 2018, the former TV star has been living outside of the country.

However, the 49-year-old has revealed that he has hired a lawyer in order to return to the United States and reunite with his family.

“I would like to be able to see my children again in our home state, be a part of their lives, be physically present when they need me, and watch them grow up,” Joe told Us Weekly.

Joe is also hoping to reunite with his older relatives, such as his mother and grandmother.

“I yearn to hold my grandmother in my arms again before the time comes [when]she is no longer on this Earth,” he told the outlet.

I’d like to be with my mother and family, in the place I’ve called home since I was a year old.”

Jessica M Cadavid, an immigration attorney, has been hired by the businessman to assist him in his legal endeavors.

“I’m hopeful and praying that I’ll be able to return home soon,” he said.

Jessica intends to file a waiver of inadmissibility in order to circumvent Joe’s current deportation status.

According to reports, he would not have been approved under Donald Trump’s administration, but the lawyer believes there is a better chance now that President Joe Biden is in office.

“We’re hoping that this time, with the passage of time since his deportation and the fact that he still has a family and children here, he can ask the government for forgiveness and at the very least return to see his family,” Jessica said.

Joe rose to fame on the RHONJ alongside his ex-wife Teresa.

They announced their split in December 2019, despite the fact that they hadn’t lived together since Joe entered prison in early 2016.

Teresa had already completed her sentence in 2015.

Joe was deported to Italy after serving time in prison for fraud charges, and he eventually moved to the Bahamas.

Teresa announced her and Joe’s decision to end their marriage on a trip to Italy during the popular series’ season 10 finale.

Teresa and her four daughters were followed as they paid a visit to Joe in his hometown of Sala Consilina, Italy, after his release…
