KERRY Katona’s daughter Heidi has revealed plans to form a duo with best friend Princess Andre and return to The Voice Kids in 2021.
The 13-year-old singer wowed viewers and the judges alike with her audition for the ITV show, which was shown on Saturday.
All four judges turned around, and Heidi eventually chose Paloma Faith as her mentor – but she still has big dreams beyond this year’s competition.
Speaking in a new interview with her Atomic Kitten mum Kerry, the teen admitted that Katie Price and Peter Andre’s 13-year-old daughter could be joining her on stage next year.
Discussing her future plans, Heidi explained: “Me and Princess really want to sing together. We’d either do The Voice Kids again next year as a duo, or we’ll go on Britain’s Got Talent. That’s our dream.
“She’s got a good voice, too. We’ve actually been friends since I was in my mum’s tummy.
“Mum and Kate did a belly shoot together. Princess’s name on my phone is ‘Sister From Another Mister’.”
However, she ruled out their mums joining them on stage, adding to OK! magazine: “They are murder together! Could you imagine? They wouldn’t concentrate, they’d just go mad.
“They’re always laughing and messing around and singing. But it’s nice and I feel like because Kate and my mum are so close, me and Princess are so close.”
In fact, the two girls are such good friends that Princess was one of only two people that Heidi told about her The Voice Kids success before it aired at the weekend.
She explained: “We are best friends. Like, when I got through on The Voice Kids, I was told not to tell anyone, but I did tell Princess and this boy called Blake from my school.
“They’re the two friends who are always there for me.”
Heidi dazzled on stage with a cover of Macy Gray’s hit single I Try, with the youngster bravely fighting through her anxiety to perform for the judges.
The teen was seen in floods of tears backstage at The Voice, and her mum Kerry didn’t know if she’d make it onto the stage.
Heidi melted the live studio audience’s hearts when she walked into the studio with puffy eyes and red cheeks, obviously having cried – but luckily her staggering talent was enough to secure her a spot in Paloma’s team.
Meanwhile, Princess’ dad Peter impressed fans when he shared a video of his daughter singing Hallelujah in the kitchen last week.
The father-daughter duo harmonised perfectly as they spent quality time together doing what they love.
It was not the first time Princess has impressed fans with her singing talents, with Pete previously sharing an incredible video showing how he was blown away by his daughter’s vocals as she sang Bruno Mars’s When I Was Your Man.
He’d laid down some melodies and was preparing to sing the main run when Princess, then 12, impressed him with her own take.
