LITTLE Mix’s Leigh-Anne Pinnock broke down in tears over “not being good enough” on The Search.
The singer was left emotional following Jordan’s amazing performance on the show on Saturday – after he admitted he feared he wasn’t good enough.
Jordan dazzled the Little Mix girls with his performance of Good As Hell by Lizzo.
But before he got stuck into the song, the 22-year-old told the girls he had to cut off some former friends who told him he wasn’t good enough.
He said: “Just people saying I’m not good enough. I’ve had my friends say it, so I had to distance myself from my friends.”
He added that it affected his confidence while he was at school.
This touched Leigh-Anne, who admitted to going through something similar during her rise to fame.
Breaking down in tears, she said: “So many people in my hometown said that I couldn’t do it, didn’t believe in me, said I wasn’t good enough, and I never listened.
“I’ve got Belief tattooed on my neck and I kept believing, and now I’m here.”
Then as she wiped away her tears, she said: “I don’t want to get upset but I swear you’re so good, and you’re gonna do so well, and I’m really happy you came here today.”
She then gave Jordan a hug, before the other girls comforted Leigh-Anne.
The star said the audition experience was “overwhelming” as they sent Jordan through to the next stage.
