Strictly Come Dancing’s Motsi Mabuse moving to UK to stop show being left with only TWO judges

THE last thing Strictly bosses want is to be left with just two judges for the upcoming series.

Bruno Tonioli is in doubt because of his US telly work — but Motsi Mabuse is not taking any risks.

I am told that the older sister of pro dancer Oti is moving to the UK at least semi-permanently so there is no chance she is stuck outside the country.

Motsi — who joined the series as a judge last year — currently lives in Germany with husband Evgenij Voznyuk and their young daughter.

A BBC source said: “Motsi doesn’t want to take any risks so the current plan is for her and her family to move to the UK for the full run.

“She is going to find a short-term rental. It’s a big upheaval but she loved doing her first series last year and doesn’t want anything to get in the way of her second.”

Bruno, meanwhile, is likely to focus on Dancing With The Stars — the US version of Strictly — due to ever-changing travel restrictions.

That means head judge Shirley Ballas could be left with just Motsi and Craig Revel Horwood sitting next to her.

They should get Alfonso Ribeiro back. He was great on the panel.

SHE might not have spent this summer in a bikini but Maura Higgins wore as little as possible while on a night out.

The ex-Love Islander showed off her toned figure in an all-black outfit days after reportedly slamming ex Curtis Pritchard for going on a mini break with Amber Pierson, the dancer he allegedly cheated on her with.

But last night she didn’t have a care in the world as she and fellow Love Islander Molly-Mae Hague partied for pal Jay Birmingham’s birthday.

IT has been a long wait for another nailbiting run of Line Of Duty . . . and fans’ agony is not over yet.

The show’s star Vicky McClure has revealed in an Instagram Q&A that she is in the dark about when production on the BBC hit’s sixth season will resume.

Vicky said: “There are no dates to get back.”

The telly cop added that herself and co-stars Martin Compston and Adrian Dunbar never feel like the show belongs to them.

She said: “Every year there’s, like, a new gang because they come with a guest star.

“It never feels like it’s mine, Adrian’s and Martin’s show.

“We have a guest star come in, a whole new batch of people in.

“They just love it. We have a really fun time on set.”

I hope they get back to it soon . . . so at last we can find out who “H” is.

THERE comes a time when parents decide their kids need to step up to the plate and Bradley Walsh has clearly reached that point.

The telly regular has made his son Barney a director of his company and has even slotted the boy’s name into the title of their travel show, now called Bradley and Barney Walsh: Breaking Dad.

A source said: “Bradley felt it was time for Barney to start taking on more responsibility.

“After the success of Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad, he wanted to put his son’s name in the title because the show has been such a success.

“He knows that pushing Barney to do more is a safe way to ensure their legacy as a telly pairing.”

The duo have also started filming for their ITV series in Europe.

I can’t help wondering just what Bradley will get his son to do now the lad has more responsibility.

AFTER proving a hit with viewers, Ranvir Singh returns to Loose Women this week.

The Good Morning Britain presenter will be the anchor of the panel show on Wednesdays and Thursdays for the rest of summer.

Fans hailed her appearance on the ITV lunchtime series last month as “refreshing” and “brilliant”.

But they need not fret, Ranvir will still be appearing on GMB, so devotees will now get treated to a double dose of her.
