ZAYN Malik has splashed out £254,000 to buy his teenage kid sister a luxury home – a few doors down from the one he bought for their mum.

The millionaire star purchased mum Trisha and dad Yaser a four-bed house for a similar amount when his One Direction cash began rolling in.

And now he’s bought Safaa, 17, an almost identical paid just yards away after she got married last year and gave birth to a baby daughter in January.

Kind-hearted Zayn has ensured that Safaa, new hubby Martin Tiser, 18, and Zaneyah have the best start in life with the detached home in Bradford, West Yorks.

A source revealed: “They are delighted by Zayn’s kindness.

“He knew they needed their own place with a new baby but Safaa didn’t want to be too far away from her mum.

“So, buying a place in the same street was the ideal solution.

“They’ve got their independence but a support network on the doorstep if they need it.”

Safaa tied the knot with sweetheart Martin in a traditional Muslim ceremony in September.

Zaneyah’s arrival came just months after she announced she was expecting.

Safaa revealed she was set to give birth in November by posting a picture of herself with a sash around her neck, which read: “It’s a baby girl.”

The couple wed in Bradford but singer Zayn, 26, couldn’t make the ceremony.

But the star jetted back to the UK in January to see his loved ones and meet his tiny niece for the first time.

Zayn – who has two other sisters – supports the whole family financially, even giving his mum Trisha a wage so she could leave her job as a school dinner lady.

He bought a house for his parents after promising to take care of them after finding fame with boyband One Direction on the X Factor.

It was documented in their film One Direction: This Is Us, where Zayn handed his crying mum the keys to the new detached home.

She said: “We never had enough money to buy own house.

“We always lived in rented accommodation, so Zayn knew how very important it was for me to have my own place.”
