If you’re a McDonald’s fan you may have spent a couple of hours queuing up for your latest Big Mac.
However, there are some things which will remain unreachable.
The burger brand will start selling breakfasts in 42 branches across the UK, so check if you local is one of the chosen few.
But what exactly will be on there?
This is because the restaurants are running with less staff and on reduced opening hours of 11am until 10pm.
That’s right, just like with the main menu, McDonald’s is offering a limited breakfast menu.
Thank goodness – who doesn’t need a double sausage McMuffin when hungover?
They haven’t yet released a full list, but we know pancakes, hash browns and McMuffins will be available.
The other thing we don’t know?
A shame, we love that tasty tortilla wrap filled with sausage, bacon, cheese and a potato hash brown.
However, porridge, bagels and the breakfast wrap are off of the menu.
The chain usually sells breakfast until 11am in the UK – so would need to alter this, extend current opening hours or only serve brekkie for an hour.
“Unfortunately, whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines, we are unable to serve porridge, bagels and our Breakfast Wrap.
“This is because we have fewer people in the kitchen.”
Paul Pomroy, chief executive officer for McDonald’s UK and Ireland, said in an email: “As with our main menu, we will have a limited menu at breakfast but we’ve kept the classics – hash browns, McMuffins and pancakes all return.
