Fujian built a 35-29 lead in the first quarter, as Wang, He Zhongda and Ty Lawson combined 25 points.
With Ray McCallum and Zhang Zhaoxu, each contributing eight points in the second quarter, Shanghai rallied back and tied the game 61-61 by the half-time whistle.
Thanks to the 35 points from Wang and Chen Linjian together in the second half, Fujian grabbed the lead again and maintained it until the end, making McCallum’s 38 points in vain.
