THE ex-hubby of Cesc Fabregas’s wife collapsed in the dock as he was jailed for seven months.
Property heir Elie Taktouk, 45, passed out and then wailed uncontrollably for 25 minutes while being sentenced for ignoring court orders in their bitter divorce battle.
He obstructed an investigation into his assets after ex Daniella Semaan left him for Spanish footballer Fabregas, 33, London’s Southwark crown court heard.
The couple, who married in Lebanon in 1998, split 13 years later over her relationship with the former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder.
Taktouk lost his former family home in Belgravia to Daniella, 45, after failing at the Court of Appeal to block the £5.5million sale of the Grade-II property close to Buckingham Palace.
He disregarded orders barring him from buying plane tickets and failing to disclose bank statements.
Judge Deborah Taylor told him: “You were deliberately trying to obstruct investigations.”
Taktouk, of Chelsea, West London, admitted breaches of a restraint order and contempt.
Judge Taylor added: “You’ve no personal assets so any fine would be met by others.”
