Chinese president appoints new ambassadors

BEIJING, April 7 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed new ambassadors to three countries in accordance with a decision by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress.

Li Baijun has been appointed ambassador to Mauritania, replacing Zhang Jianguo.

Cui Jianchun has been appointed ambassador to Nigeria, replacing Zhou Pingjian.

Dai Qingli has been appointed ambassador to the Bahamas, replacing Huang Qinguo. Enditem
