The New York governor, Andrew Cuomo, threatened to reverse the plans of desconfinamiento gradual after which large crowds congregating outside the bars in the city of New York in violation of the protocols to combat the coronavirus.

The restaurants and bars may offer food and drinks, but no outdoor seating until the second phase, which is expected this month.
