Former Manchester United’s ‘Next Cristiano Ronaldo’ Rumored For A Transfer

In the case of former standout Federico Macheda, it was his potential that held difficult standards for his career. It has now been rumored that he’s once again on the transfer market. 

Per Spanish Outlet AS, Macheda may be looking at a transfer soon to Spain for a resurgence of his old form. The 28-year-old has been through a lot in his career but the biggest weight he had to carry was being dubbed as a possible replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. The impact Ronaldo made during his stint with Manchester United was world-class and the burden was passed on to a young Macheda to live up to the name.

While Macheda possessed incredible ability on the pitch, the anticipation to be the next Ronaldo was too immense.
