Game Director Cory Barlog reacted about a claim that “God Of War” might be unveiled at the next PlayStation event. According to the rumor, the said game would be heavy on photorealism. “God of War” would be reportedly revealed along sometime in August.
“God Of War” Director Reacts to Rumors
On his official Twitter account, Cory Barlog, the game director of “God of War” seemingly shot down the rumor. In a tweet, the head honcho of everything “God of War” shared a GIF of a Decepticon meme with texts saying, “Looking at some of the news over the last 24 hours.” While the director does not mention anything, the meme somehow implies that it denies something in a witty fashion.
There are a couple of possibilities that Barlog’s tweet could mean. One is, he firmly denies the rumor that “God of War” would be announced at the next PS5 event. The other possibility is that the game director is trying to keep it a secret even if it was already leaked online.
