BUDAPEST, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) — Not wearing a face mask or wearing it incorrectly while using public transport in the Hungarian capital will result in a fine of 8,000 Hungarian forints (26.5 U.S. dollars), the Budapest City Council said on Wednesday.
