Meghan Markle pregnant? Royal expert predicts new Baby Sussex to arrive in 2020

MEGHAN MARKLE and Prince Harry could be welcoming a baby brother or sister to son Archie Harrison as soon as next year, royal expert Juliet Rieden has predicted.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry earlier this year revealed they are planning to give their son Archie Harrison a baby brother or sister and become a family of four. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been enjoying some time off with Archie along with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, in the United States but royal commentator Juliet Rieden suggested the couple could return from their break to announce the arrival of a new royal baby next year. Asked for her prediction for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for 2020, Ms Rieden told Nine News Australia: “We might see another baby.

“I am hoping it’s going to be another Harry and Meghan baby.”

Ms Rieden continued: “They have to get their skates on – they told us they want two and I think they might have another one next year.

“Who knows, she might even be pregnant now, we don’t know.”

The Duchess faced intense scrutiny while pregnant with son Archie and sources close to Meghan suggested she will seek to spend more time in her native Los Angeles and deliver her second child in the United States.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, the royal insider said: “Meghan already told pals that when she comes to deliver her next baby – she would like to do it in LA where she was born and bred.

She said that being pregnant in the UK without any of her family and friends felt incredibly lonely and uncomfortable for her.

“So she’s keen to change that the second time around and would like to buck tradition to ensure she’s happy – although that may ruffle feathers along the way.”

Meghan Markle delivered Archie Harrison at private Portland Hospital in London on May 6, after mounting speculation the Duchess would have a home birth at Frogmore Cottage.

Betmakers Coral in November slashed the odds of Buckingham Palace announcing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will be having a child in 2020.

Carol spokesman Harry Aitkenhead said: “Harry and Meghan have made no secret of their desire to have another child and we make next year the hot favourite for the year that it is born.

“The couple are odds on to welcome another royal baby to the world in 2020.”

Prince Harry admitted he and Meghan are not planning to have more than two children during an interview with British conservationist Jane Goodall earlier in the Summer.

The Duke of Sussex admitted his approach to environmental causes had changed since the birth of Archie but said he had always paid attention to the issue.

Harry said: “What we need to remind everybody is: these are things that are happening now. We are already living in it. We are the frog in the water and it’s already been brought to the boil. Which is terrifying.

“I view it differently now, without question. But I’ve always wanted to try and ensure that, even before having a child and hoping to have children.”

When Dr Goodall prompted the Duke saying “not too many,” Harry responded: “Two maximum.”

He added: “I’ve always thought: this place is borrowed.

“And, surely, being as intelligent as we all are, or as evolved as we all are supposed to be, we should be able to leave something better behind for the next generation.”
