Marks and Spencer is making date night a lot more budget-friendly.

The supermarket has re-launched its Dine in For Two deal for limited time.

M&S’ offer allows you to pick a main, side, dessert for just £12.

There’s enough food to serve two – and dishes include steak, sea bas fillets and pasta.

And if that wasn’t bargainous enough, you get wine or a non-alcohol alternative thrown in too.

And last year, the store was hailed on social media for releasing £1 cupcakes dedicated to the adorable character.

Customers love Percy, but not all of his products have gone down well with Marks and Spencer customers.

During the festive period, the supermarket’s pig-inspired advent calendar left customers “furious” and “disappointed”.

One disappointed shopper said: “First day of winter and my children are disappointed that the Percy Pig advent calendar from @marksandspencer doesn’t contain pig shaped chocolate.

“Nothing ‘Percy’ about it at all.”
