Office Luhut Started Investigation Of The Spike In The Electric Bill This Week



The ministry of Maritime Coordinator and Investment (Ministry Marves) has received hundreds of complaints from the public that complained about electricity bills swell. The ministry led Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan it has opened a complaint service since Tuesday, June 9, 2020.

The deputy for the Coordination of Maritime Sovereignty and Energy Ministry Marves, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa mention there are already 346 complaints incoming.

“The new 346 complaints (received Ministry Marves),” he said to afp through short messages, Friday (14/6/2020).

The Data is already entered per day. He explained the complaints most come from people who use electric postpaid rather than prepaid.

Coordinating Marves open the service complaints from the public through email address [email protected] It asked for the willingness of the audience to transmit the customer account number as well as photos of kWh meters for use for proof of use as comparative material the current investigation into PLN.

The investigation began this week.
