Sister issues appeal for emotionally unstable brother who has been missing from Sydney for two days


A woman has issued an urgent plea to find her brother who has been missing for more than two days.

Sarah Issa took to Facebook in search of her brother, Ahmad Issa, who has been missing from Sydney since Thursday.  

The 29-year-old has also turned his phone to call barring, meaning he cannot receiving any incoming calls or texts.

Ms Issa said her family is extremely worried for his safety has he is ’emotionally unstable at the moment’. 

‘We have filed a report with police and exhausted all avenues,’ she said.

Her brother does not have any social media and lives in a blue van that he has converted into a ‘mini-home’.

Mr Issa is believed to frequent Merrylands and Fairfiend in Sydney’s west or Coogee Beach in the city’s east.  

‘He hangs out at Fairfield library a lot and the kebab shop in Bankstown on the Hume Highway,’ she wrote on Friday.

The vehicle is a Volkswagen blue van with the number plate CDL 04U,

Ms Issa is desperate to find her brother and urges anyone with any information to contact her immediately.
