At least four people were killed, including a minor, in a US shooting at a Southern California office building late Wednesday, police said.
Shots were being fired in the city of Orange southeast of Los Angeles when police officers arrived at the second floor of the two-story office building around 5.30 p.m. local time (0030GMT), the Orange Police Department said on Facebook.
“An officer-involved shooting occurred,” it said and the suspect was taken to hospital.
The condition of the suspect, who has not been publicly identified, remains unclear.
Police ensured that the situation has been “stabilized and there is no threat to the public,” while the investigation continues.
