A YORKSHIRE pudding has a huge grin — days after Leeds’s promotion to the Premier League.
Mum Zoe Leske, 28, was stunned to see an emoji-like smiley face scored across it.
The engineer, 28, said: “I’m usually brilliant at making Yorkshire puddings. But this time I was in a bit of a rush.
“It looked like a potato smiley. It gave us a lot to laugh about.”
Zoe was cooking a roast on Monday for her and daughter Holly, three, at their home in Hethersett, Norfolk — around 170 miles from jubilant Leeds.
But it seems news of the side’s Prem return after 16 years may have spread across the Yorkshire pudding “batter-nity”.
Not that Holly cared. As Zoe said: “It was gone within minutes.”
She added: “People may think I’ve done it deliberately but I can tell you I didn’t.
“I got it out of the oven and did a double take.”
