Allyson Felix answers questions about the Tokyo Olympics, her legacy, and her partnership with PandG.

If statistics are to be believed, Allyson Felix is a strong contender for the title of greatest Olympian of all time.

After all, she backed up her claim with an outstanding performance at the Tokyo Olympics.

Felix, 35, won gold in the 4400 meter relay in her final Olympic race.

That was her 11th medal of her career, making her the most decorated American track and field athlete in Olympic history.

Felix, without a doubt, deserves a lot of credit for her achievements on the track.

It’s critical, however, that sports fans recognize her work off the field as well.

Felix collaborated on the “What’s Your Legacy” campaign with Procter & Gamble and Pantene for this year’s Games.

This campaign’s goal is to show Felix’s journey as a mother as well as an athlete.

Allyson Felix spoke with us about her incredible Olympic career, her partnership with PandG, and much more.

Procter and Gamble is hosting this conversation with Allyson Felix.

The Spun: Can you explain why you chose PandG and Pantene as your partners?

Allyson Felix: My partnership with PandG and Pantene is something I’m really proud of.

For several Olympic Games, I’ve been partnered with PandG, and I’m very pleased with what they stand for.

I’m ecstatic to be a part of Pantene’s “What’s Your Legacy” campaign and to see how they honor my achievements on and off the track.

It’s one-of-a-kind and significant, and I believe it makes a difference.

The Spun: How different has this Olympics been from previous ones now that you’re juggling being a mother and being an athlete?

AF: This Olympic Games was unlike any other I’ve attended before; I’m very busy right now.

The most significant change was that this year’s Games were not solely focused on my performance.

It was about standing up for women, mothers, and overcoming adversity.

The Spun: You recently posted a video of your daughter, Camryn, reacting to a highlight reel of you.

Isn’t it wonderful to see her already becoming her mother’s biggest supporter?

AF: You’re one of a kind.

Actually, it is.
