Amari Cooper, the Cowboys’ wide receiver, will miss how many games?

Amari Cooper, a Cowboys receiver, was placed on the COVID list on Friday afternoon, putting his status against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in jeopardy.

Cooper has now tested positive for the virus.

He will be forced to miss the next two games due to a lack of vaccination.

The NFL’s mandate for unvaccinated players is currently undergoing a 10-day quarantine, which will keep him out of the game on Sunday as well as the game against his former team (the Las Vegas Raiders) next Thursday.

Cooper has been one of the Cowboys’ best playmakers this season, so this is a huge loss.

On 44 receptions, he has 583 yards and five touchdowns, and he can beat defensive backs on any route.

In Cooper’s absence, CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup will have to fill in.

Lamb has 47 catches for 726 yards and six touchdowns.

In three games, he’s thrown for more than 100 yards, and in six games, he’s thrown for at least 80 yards.

Gallup has been out for most of the season due to injuries, but he returned last Sunday against the Falcons and had three receptions for 42 yards.

If Dallas is to win the next two games without Cooper, he’ll have to blow those numbers out.

Amari Cooper, the Cowboys’ wide receiver, will miss how many games in the upcoming season.
