Cardiff Metropolitan University have been drawn against Progres Niederkorn, the Luxembourg side who knocked Scottish giants Rangers out of Europe two years ago, in the Europa League preliminary round.
The draw also threw up a cross-Irish Sea clash between Barry Town and Cliftonville. Welsh Premier League side Barry will be at home in the first leg, on June 27, with a trip back to Belfast on July 4.
Meanwhile Northern Ireland’s Ballymena take on NSI, from the Faroe Islands.
Other ties see Andorra pair Engordany and Sant Julia face San Marino’s La Fiorita and Gibraltar’s Europa respectively.
Kosovan side Prishtina play St Joseph’s (Gibraltar) with San Marino’s Tre Fiori facing Ki Klaksvik, another side from the Faroes.
Winners go into the draw for first round of qualifying.
