Fans of college basketball are enraged by FOX’s new scoreboard.

College basketball has returned, and FOX’s latest graphic has already gone viral.

During the game between Mount St. Mary’s and Mount St. Joseph’s on Tuesday,

FOX Sports unveiled its new scorebug for the 2021-22 season, featuring St. Mary’s and Villanova.

A large number of college basketball fans took to social media to criticize FOX’s new design.

One fan tweeted, “Basketball players don’t take a lot of corner 3s, do they? Just looking for a friend who designs scorebugs.”

Another fan wrote, “My goodness, that is MASSIVE.”

“At the very least, I’ll be able to check the score from the kitchen.”

A college basketball fan joked, “Scorebug is so big, it should be on top of a building in Rhode Island.”

“This design is terrible,” some fans said succinctly.

For Tuesday’s game, FOX Sports revealed the following design:

If enough people complain about the graphic’s size, Fox Sports may decide to change it.

In terms of the game itself, Villanova is ahead of Mount St.

In the first half, Mary’s was up by double digits.

Jay Wright’s team has been led by junior guard Justin Moore thus far.

The rest of the game can be seen on FS1 for college basketball fans.
