Shannon Sharpe believes the Heisman Trophy race has come down to two teams.

According to Shannon Sharpe, there are only two horses in the Heisman Trophy race.

Uncle Shay Shay took to Twitter to express his thoughts on college football’s most prestigious award.

Only two quarterbacks remain, according to the Hall of Fame tight end.

Sharpe tweeted, “Bryce Young says don’t hand the Heisman to Stroud just yet.”

“I’d like to present my case.

I believe the race will be between those two.”

In Ohio State’s 56-7 rout of Michigan State on Saturday, Stroud, the team’s fantastic freshman quarterback, went off.

In the win, he rushed for 432 yards and six touchdowns, the majority of which came in the first half.

Bryce Young, on the other hand, has been outstanding for the Crimson Tide all year.

The sophomore has thrown for over 3,000 yards and 34 touchdowns while only throwing three interceptions on the season.

All while holding the No. 1 spot.

2 Alabama to a 9-1 SEC record

The Heisman race will most likely be decided by Stroud’s performance in college football’s biggest rivalry next Saturday and Young’s performance in his final few conference games.

Given Shannon Sharpe’s admiration for Nick Saban and his program, he’d probably vote for Young if he had a vote.

In any case, it’s remarkable to see such young quarterbacks competing for the Heisman Trophy.

It’s been a pleasure to watch them both perform this year.
