ZINEDINE ZIDANE tore into his Real Madrid stars in a savage dressing room rant after their 3-1 WIN over Eibar, according to reports in Spain.

Los Blancos comfortably won their first game back from a three-month lockdown to keep up the pressure on LaLiga leaders Barcelona.

But Zidane was left fuming having lost the second-half 1-0, ripping into his players after the game for their disappointing attitude.

Zidane admitted he was frustrated by his players’ lack of concentration throughout the second half during his post-match press conference.

The French boss calmly said: “Everything about the first half was good and it was 3-0, so maybe we relaxed.

“I don’t know, it’s something completely different, but we have to adapt.

“We found it difficult in the second half. I don’t know if it was the physical side, but we weren’t on it.

“The first half was good and convincing. It’s three important points. There are ten games left.”

But Marca claim Zidane was simply saving his rage for the dressing room.

The former Real Madrid superstar is claimed to have let rip at his players for taking their feet off the gas..

Zidane finally snapped having watched his side almost give away winning positions on several other occasions this season, including nervy wins over Levante and Granada.

However, Zidane was buoyed by the impressive return of Eden Hazard who has missed much of the season through injury – and struggled for form when fit.

Having checked back in to training following lockdown in superb shape, Hazard lasted an hour in the win over Eibar – with his boss satisfied with his comeback ahead of crucial games against Valencia and Real Sociedad.

The Real chief said: “We knew that [Hazard] would lack a bit of rhythm if he played the full game, but he played well for an hour.

“He got a bit of a knock and it was a scare, but that’s football.

“But he said he was fine at half time and he was happy about not being scared, despite that knock.

“Hazard could’ve scored the goal that he gave Sergio Ramos… but he preferred to be unselfish.”
