An out-of-control rally car has spun into a crowd of spectators after a driver tried to show off at an event in Hungary.
Shocking video footage shows the cars being driven slowly around a bend in the track in Totkomlos, in the south-east of the country.
All of a sudden, the driver revs the engine of the red rally car in an attempt to head off at speed and wow the spectators.
But after coming off the bend, the car swerves and heads straight for a large crowd of onlookers at the side of the road.
The spectators can then be seen trying to pull people free after the car became stuck.
It has been reported that 11 people were injured in the incident including two who are in a life-threatening condition, according to Hungarian news outlet Beol.
Police and emergency helicopters arrived at the scene shortly afterwards and managed to free the car.
The two-day rally sees more than a hundred cars taking part in the annual event in this its 10th year.
It is believed the crash occurred on the final victory lap in which the drivers show off to the crowds.
Police have started an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
